1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dragon Nest Mobile: Socratic. By accessing or using our game and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Dragon Nest Mobile: Socratic is a mobile MMORPG game that allows users to create characters, join guilds, participate in quests, and interact with other players in a virtual fantasy world.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threatening of other users.
• Using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
• Attempting to circumvent any content filtering techniques we employ.
• Attempting to access or search the services by any means other than the publicly supported interfaces.
• Selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your account or in-game items for real money or other consideration.

5. In-Game Purchases

The game offers virtual currencies and items for purchase with real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, and/or eliminate virtual currency or items at our sole discretion.

Virtual currencies and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dragon Nest Mobile: Socratic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dragon Nest Mobile: Socratic, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
